This page covers infersales.com, the website. How the InferSales product handles the conversations of our customers' customers is set out in each customer's agreement and in the notice shown to people before anything is recorded.

What this website collects

• What you type into the “Book a pilot” form: your name, company, role, city, team size, phone and, if you give it, your email and message.
• Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics.

How we use it

Only to reply to you about a pilot or a demo. We don't sell it, share it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. The form is delivered to us by email (Microsoft Azure Communication Services, data kept in India) and kept in our inbox for as long as we are in touch, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it at any time: write to shailender@infersales.com.

Recording and consent in the product

InferSales records a conversation only after the customer agrees, on their own phone or out loud, for purposes they are shown. They can withdraw at any time, which deletes the recording and what was taken from it. Access to recordings is logged, data is kept in India, and audio is deleted on a schedule the business sets.
